Dr. Martha Holzworth is a double board-certified podiatrist specializing in minimally invasive foot surgery, modern solutions for heel and neuroma pain, and effective toenail treatments. With over a decade of serving the Boca Raton community, Dr. Holzworth is dedicated to helping her patients stay active, healthy, and pain-free using the latest, most advanced treatments in podiatry. Her focus is on improving mobility and enhancing the quality of life for every patient she cares for.
Dr. Holzworth brings a personalized, patient-centered approach to each treatment plan. After graduating cum laude with High Honors from the University of Georgia, she earned her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at Barry University, where she served as President of the Florida Podiatric Medical Student Association. Her surgical training includes a comprehensive three-year residency in Foot and Ankle Reconstruction at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, FL, where she developed specialized skills in flatfoot reconstruction, trauma care, diabetic wound management, and advanced surgical techniques.
As a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Dr. Holzworth is dual board-certified in Podiatric Medicine (American Board of Podiatric Medicine) and Foot Surgery (American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery). Her practice incorporates cutting-edge technology and evidence-based, minimally invasive techniques for foot and ankle surgeries, including treatments for heel pain, neuromas, and toenail conditions such as fungal nails and ingrown toenails.
An avid marathon runner and triathlete who has completed six full marathons and numerous half-marathons, Dr. Holzworth understands the unique needs of athletes and active individuals. Whether managing sports injuries, dealing with chronic foot pain, or needing custom orthotics, she provides solutions that help patients remain active, pain-free, and performing at their best.
In addition to her private practice, Dr. Holzworth is on staff at Boca Raton Regional Hospital and the Boca Raton Outpatient Laser and Surgery Center. She has also served on the medical advisory boards for TriggerPoint by Implus, Spenco Medics Insoles, and Balega Socks, where she contributes her expertise to the development of products designed to promote foot health for both everyday and athletic use.
